Headaches, for some, are a daily occurrence. With causes like dehydration, poor diet, lack of sleep, hormones, stress, and more, it can be difficult to get through the day without some form of relief. Added to that, many don't know the type of headache they're dealing with. Here's a breakdown of the four main types:
Tension Headache - symptoms include:
Migraines - symptoms include:
Sinus Headache - symptoms include:
Shoulder pain is defined as any type of pain that occurs in or around the shoulder, even if the pain originates from any number of areas, including ligaments, muscles, tendons, and joints. Usually, shoulder pain is more intense when the arm or shoulder is in motion or being used for a task or activity.
Shoulder pain comes in many forms, from shooting pain to aching pain. In addition, this type of pain may be accompanied by other symptoms, depending on the cause of the condition.
These symptoms can include:
Most cases of lower back pain are believed to be caused by a sprain or strain in the muscles and soft tissues of the back. Repetitive stress or repeat activity of the back muscles can lead to an injured or torn ligament in the back, which in turn can lead to pain.
An injury can also occur to one of the intervertebral discs, like a disc tear or disc herniation. Due to aging, discs can diminish and shrink in size, resulting in vertebrae and facet joints rubbing against one another. Ligament and joint functionality also diminishes as one gets older, which can lead to spondylolisthesis, which causes vertebrae to move much more than they should.
Pain can also be generated through lumbar spinal stenosis, sciatica, and scoliosis. At the lowest point of the spine, some patients may have tailbone pain, also called coccyx pain or coccydynia. Others still may have pain from their sacroiliac joint, where the spinal column attaches to the pelvis. This is called sacroiliac joint dysfunction, which is responsible for 22.6% of lower back pain.
Physical causes of lower back pain can include:

It's time to try a different type of energy healing with a twist: Tuning Fork Therapy. Its benefits perfectly align with essential oils and a light massage, but the benefits can be attained alone as well. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, which is an excellent conductor of sound and vibration. Sound waves travel four times faster in water than through air.
We know that all living matter, including the Earth itself, has its own vibrations. Tuning Fork Therapy is like having a deep-tissue massage at a molecular level. Vibration and sound pass through the body and take us to a "feeling" place. Thoughts drift away, and feelings take the lead. When we support this with uplifting essential oils, the results are phenomenal.
Bringing the body into balance with Tuning Fork Therapy also allows our body to reset and heal itself more rapidly, as it is meant to do. While tuning forks cannot be guaranteed to heal our imbalances or disease, they create a balanced system for the body's own natural healing abilities.
